










NICOLE P. MENZ, ESQ., is originally from Minnesota, and grauated with honors from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1990. Nicole received her law degree in 1994 from Valparaiso University School of Law.
Nicole joined the Office of the State Attorney in Vero Beach in 1995 and spent eight (8) years as an Assistant State Attorney. While serving as an Assistant State Attorney, she prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from DUI to First Degree Murder. Nicole was the first prosecutor in the State of Florida to have a convicted sex offender successfully sentenced to chemical castration.
The law firm of Menz & Battista opened in 2004 and since opening, she has defended hundred of criminal cases throughout the State of Florida. Nicole has been fortunate enough to have represented a number of high profile, nationally known clients, and has had a case featured on Headline News' Nancy Grace.
Nicole is Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law and is a past President of the Indian River County Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL). She is also a member of The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).
In addition to criminal defense, Nicole has expended her practice to include Bankruptcy in the Southern Federal District of Florida and Foreclosure defense throughout the Treasure Coast.
